THE WAVE CHAIR
Inspired by the design principles from Finn Juhl and the Bauhaus.
Try to bring natural elements into daily products and reflect the Bauhause style in this piece of furniture.
This project starts with the analysis of the wave shape. By looking through wave pictures and wave models, I created this line drawing as the main shape for the chair design. The general shape of the line mimics the movement of a wave, while different parts of the wave works as parts of the chair.
